Home for abandoned mentally backward children.

This is a residential care and therapeutic center for children who are mentally backward. Children with various levels of mental backwardness are being looked after with utmost care and compassion. There are 49 children and 7 volunteers apart from professional staff who include psychologist, special educators and occupational therapists.

The following facilities are being provided for the over all development of children thus making them stand on their own leg.

Jayanthi is a mentally backward and physically disabled girl. She was rescued from a railway platform by our volunteers. 

Rajendran was handed over to us by police who found him wandering on the streets. The child was unable to provide any back ground details of family or parents. For the last 4 years he is under our special education programme and shows very good improvement. 

Maria is mentally backward girl with learning disability. She was born to a mentally challenged woman who is also under our care. Both mother and daughter show a lot of positive changes.
