This special facility for the male dying and destitute is found to be an ideal caring centre for the people in distress. Here people who were found in a sick and dying condition are being rescued and brought here for treatment and care. We find that many of these people who were being rescued, come from different parts of India and unable to speak the local language. 


All of them have something in common that they are suffering from major unattended diseases and finally they have reached a point of no return. Malarvanam is a place with a serene atmosphere added to this is the attention from loving caregivers. This enables many of them recover from their sickness and later they leave the centre to lead an independent life.

Many patients need to be looked after with palliative care and they have to be assisted medically and emotionally to reduce their pain.
